Great Orange Tip
I truly enjoy the simple beauty found in this lovely butterfly wing. It features a crisp coloration of brilliant white and bright orange, but it is its sweeping black lines that give this pendant a gentle grace. Natively found in China, this species name is Hebomoia but it is commonly referred to as a "Great Orange Tip". I have sandwiched this choice selection of wing between two pieces of glass that I have cut by hand. Then using copper foil I hold it all together so that I can skillfully finish with Lead Free Solder. This charming pendants measurements are 5/8" wide by 1 1/8" tall, making for itself a serene presence. It comes on an 18 inch 1.5mm black leather cord with a small chain extension and an easy to use lobster clasp. An absolute delight to behold, this pendant presents itself with a dignified air of tranquility.
